Start Date: 07-03-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, typically 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift), weekdays and weekends as available

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and therapists to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing best practices and safety protocols
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Empathy and active listening skills
Team collaboration and flexibility
