Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents, including assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Support residents with meals and hydration as needed
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
CPR certification preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Ability to follow instructions and document care accurately
Cultural sensitivity and respect for resident dignity
