Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem schedule, including 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities for residents
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Support residents with mobility, eating, and personal hygiene
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to providing respectful and dignified care

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and safety protocols
Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
Empathy and patience when working with elderly or vulnerable populations
Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
