Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Support residents' daily living activities and promote independence

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
BLS certification required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
