Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Assess and monitor patient conditions and report changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing best practices
Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and management
Effective communication and teamwork
Knowledge of regulatory standards in long-term care
