Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, shifts as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to elderly residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
- Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform job duties
