Shift Type: Varied shifts (day/night), every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care to a diverse range of emergency patients, from non-critical to life-threatening conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver trauma and cardiac care, including pediatric emergencies
Triage and prioritize patient needs efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click EMR system

Qualifications

Current unencumbered Oregon RN license - we can help if you need to apply
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications required
CEN certification preferred - a great bonus!
Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing, cardiac care, and trauma care
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with EMR systems like Point Click
