Start Date: 07-04-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Document care provided accurately in the medical record
Support patients' emotional well-being through active listening and companionship

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS (CPR) certification preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Must bring state or federal issued identification to facility

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing care principles and infection control
Skilled in using electronic health records and documentation systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
