Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients in daily activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout your shift
Assist with mobility, hygiene, and feeding as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Experience in acute or long-term care settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
Skilled in taking vital signs and documenting accurately
Empathetic and patient-centered approach
Time management and organizational skills
