Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (with 30-minute meal break), flexible per diem scheduling

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
BLS certification preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus
Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care techniques and infection control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience in caring for others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
