Shift Type: Various shifts available, including 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly residents
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote wellness and dignity

Qualifications

Active GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification in Maryland
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of patient safety and infection control
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Basic computer skills for documentation
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
