Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to deliver individualized patient care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in California (required)
BLS certification (preferred)
Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of patient care and safety protocols
Ability to follow instructions and document accurately
Empathy and respect for patient dignity and privacy
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
