Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and a caring touch
Monitor patient conditions closely, catching issues early to ensure top-notch outcomes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans that shine
Document everything meticulously, keeping records that tell the full story of your impact

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing, ready to bring your skills to Pennsylvania
Current certifications like BLS to keep things safe and smooth
Experience in long-term care or similar settings is a huge plus

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills with a focus on resident-centered care
Excellent communication to connect with patients and teams alike
