Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to assigned residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform timely assessments and communicate changes in patient condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support care plans
Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation
Support patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all interactions
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions as needed

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from an accredited provider
Clinical experience working in a long-term care or acute care setting is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
Reliable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
Infection control principles and safe patient handling
Care planning and coordination with interdisciplinary teams
Time management and prioritization in busy clinical environments
