Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and medication instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous LPN experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Infection control and safety practices
• Effective communication and teamwork
