Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or a documented medical/religious exemption
• Must present a government-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Prior clinical experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus
• A genuine passion for helping others and working as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
