Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients across various settings
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Monitor patient vital signs, health status, and report any changes to the care team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Georgia (or compact state) - new graduates welcome!
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and teams
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and standards
• Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Skilled in patient assessment and monitoring
• Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Effective teamwork and collaboration capabilities
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach
