Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe nursing care to residents in line with facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, providers and support staff to deliver coordinated care
- Support activities of daily living and encourage resident independence and dignity
- Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, professional communication
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in New Hampshire
- Local candidate only (commutable to Franklin, NH)
- Willingness to work nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and every other weekend as required
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility health and immunization requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; a patient-centered mindset
Education
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical nursing skills
- Vital signs monitoring and resident assessment
- Accurate documentation and electronic charting familiarity
- Time management and ability to prioritize in a busy night-shift environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
