Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document patient care and observations thoroughly

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (VT/NH)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccine or have an approved religious/medical exemption
• Prior experience as a nursing assistant is a plus, but we welcome new graduates too

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Compassion and empathy for patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Attention to detail in documentation and monitoring
