Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Support mobility and rehabilitation efforts under the direction of the care team
• Accurately document resident status, care provided, and any changes in condition
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control policies
• Participate in care planning and follow-through to help residents meet their goals

Qualifications

• Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification — VT or NH acceptable per job title
• Availability for evening shifts and every other weekend as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility (required)
• Willingness to commit to the 14-week assignment (March 10, 2026 – June 9, 2026)

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical experience with personal care and ADLs
• Clear, professional documentation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort maintaining resident safety and following facility protocols
• Time management in a fast-paced clinical environment
