Licensed Nursing Assistant
Location: Lebanon, NH
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem (as-needed), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (overnight)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care during overnight hours
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Accurately document care, observations, and resident responses
- Support safe transfers and mobility to prevent falls and maintain independence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care across shifts
- Maintain infection control and a clean, comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (VT or NH as applicable)
- Valid state-required licensure and active standing to practice
- Comfort working independently overnight and exercising good judgment
- Current basic life support/CPR preferred or required per facility policy
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident-focused bedside skills and safe patient handling
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Basic clinical observation: vital signs, skin integrity, behavior changes
- Accurate charting and familiarity with common documentation practices
- Time management and the ability to prioritize overnight tasks
- Infection prevention and standard precautions
