Location: Lebanon, NH
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents with dignity and respect
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with basic clinical observations
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (NH) or multistate equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass required background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lift/assist patients per facility policy
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic clinical skills in patient hygiene, transfers, and mobility assistance
- Understanding of infection control and safety best practices
- Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition clearly
- Teamwork and effective communication with nurses and facility staff
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
