Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate behavioral health support to individuals in need
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful care
Facilitate counseling sessions that promote healing and growth
Document progress and advocate for patient well-being

Qualifications

Active LCSW or LMHC license in Florida
Previous correctional experience highly preferred
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Strong clinical skills in behavioral health

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in mental health assessment and intervention
Crisis management and de-escalation techniques
Cultural competency in diverse populations
Proficiency in electronic health records
