Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direction and guidance to hospital staff on policies and procedures
Solve problems and optimize patient flow for seamless care
Assign nursing resources and organize workflows efficiently
Monitor productivity and deliver constructive feedback to empower your team
Make administrative decisions in collaboration with clinical leaders and CNO
Respond to patient and family concerns with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse in Montana
Minimum 3 years RN experience in hospital setting with recent ICU experience
CPR required, ACLS and PALS required or obtained within 6 months

Education

Degree from a Nursing Program

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced nursing principles including cardiac monitoring, ventilator support, chest tubes, A-lines and invasive lines
Exceptional leadership and people skills
Customer service orientation and teamwork
Critical thinking, flexibility and independent problem-solving
Patient care across all ages from infancy to geriatrics
