Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing therapy team with patient-first care
Develop individualized treatment plans that truly make a difference
Foster a collaborative environment where every voice is valued
Oversee rehab services in a modern facility for short-term and long-term residents

Qualifications

Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota or eligible to become licensed
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
Team player with excellent communication skills
