Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
- Perform thorough teeth cleanings and periodontal therapy
- Take and develop dental x-rays to aid in diagnosis
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist dentists during procedures and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure sterilization standards
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to patient comfort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dental software and digital imaging is a plus
- Ability to work evening shifts as scheduled
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures
- Skilled in taking dental radiographs
- Understanding of infection control protocols
- Proficiency in dental terminology and charting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient-first approach
