Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Ensure all instruments are sterilized and infection control protocols are followed

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of dental radiography techniques
• Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
• Compassionate patient care that puts people at ease
