Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental cleaning and oral health assessments to patients
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and preventive care techniques
• Take and develop dental X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment
• Assist the dentist during procedures while ensuring patient comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
• Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms for daily operations

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin required
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrument handling
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety practices
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records
• Empathy and a gentle touch to put patients at ease
