Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis to patients of all ages
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and provide chairside support
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
• Sterilize equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred but not required
• A passion for patient education and quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental anatomy and periodontal health
• Proficiency with dental software and x-ray equipment
• Excellent infection control practices
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping
• Caring and compassionate bedside manner
