Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health practices to promote long-term wellness
• Capture and develop dental X-rays accurately
• Collaborate with the dentist to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a spotless, safe clinical area

Qualifications

• Hold an active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Previous dental hygiene experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Availability to work evening shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in using dental software for scheduling and records
• Knowledge of dental instruments and aseptic techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly chairside manner
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
