Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and best practices
Take dental x-rays and assist in developing treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
CPR certification required
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience with dental software preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental anatomy and periodontal disease
Proficiency in scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
