Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans with precision and care
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures to ensure clear results
• Administer contrast agents as directed and monitor patient safety
• Review and document patient history, scan protocols, and image quality
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver accurate diagnoses
• Follow radiation safety standards and maintain imaging equipment

Qualifications

• Active California Radiologic Technologist license or willingness to obtain
• ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Current BLS certification (required)
• DCI/BVP experience is a plus
• Prior CT experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
• Must be comfortable with 12-hour night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed tomography (CT) imaging techniques and protocols
• Patient positioning and anatomy knowledge
• Contrast media administration and side-effect monitoring
• Radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members
