Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons with precision during life-changing operations
Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments to ensure patient safety
Anticipate needs and support seamless surgical procedures
Collaborate with OR teams to deliver exceptional care
Manage instruments and supplies with expert efficiency

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Operating Room Technician (ORT) certification
At least 2 years of hands-on OR experience
Current BLS certification
Valid state license where required
Ready to jump into travel adventures

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
Strong knowledge of OR protocols and safety standards
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure settings
Quick thinking and adaptability during procedures
