Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to patients in need
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that make real differences
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for lasting independence
Document progress with precision to track meaningful improvements

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials
BLS certification preferred
Experience in a variety of therapy settings welcome

Education

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and empathy in action
Proficiency with therapy documentation and tools
Adaptability to diverse patient populations
