Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, making each day better
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers and ambulation to promote independence
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and the care team to ensure seamless care
Document care activities in the patient chart in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (must meet Pennsylvania state requirements)
Active CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
Compassion, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED required; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safe patient handling
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
Infection control practices and standard precautions
Familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn
Good time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
