Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment for a variety of procedures including neuro and transplant surgeries
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams by anticipating needs and passing instruments with precision
• Ensure all OR equipment is functioning properly and supplies are readily available
• Follow strict safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and teammates
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced main operating room with 8 to 11 daily rooms

Qualifications

• Active CST certification with DORA and NBSTA
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist
• At least 2 years of overall experience preferred
• Willing to take call and work flexible shifts as needed
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in sterile technique and operating room protocols
• Comfortable with Meditech EMR
• Prior robotics experience is a plus
• Experience in large facilities or travel assignments preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
