Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support meals and hydration to meet each resident's nutritional needs
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and document care accurately
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of resident care and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and support residents' daily needs
- Empathy and patience in every interaction
