Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support meals and hydration to meet each resident's nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and document care accurately

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of resident care and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and support residents' daily needs
• Empathy and patience in every interaction
