Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico or compact state
• BLS/CPR certification required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Empathy and patience when caring for others
