Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Support residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico or compact state
- BLS/CPR certification required
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Empathy and patience when caring for others
