Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration, observing dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure individualized care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist residents throughout the shift
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals and ADL assistance
• Vital signs monitoring and documentation
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Empathy and patience in high-pressure situations
