Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Document care provided and observe residents for any physical or behavioral changes
• Support residents during meals, including feeding assistance and hydration
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident-centered care
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
• Prior CNA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to pass a background check and comply with facility identification requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a interdisciplinary team
• Time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
