Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily activities
• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to nursing staff
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Maintain accurate records and document care provided

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification in New Mexico (or compact where applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but new graduates are welcome
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Empathy and a positive attitude
