Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Support residents with daily activities to promote independence and dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• A heart for helping others and strong communication skills
