Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Support residents with daily activities to promote independence and dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- A heart for helping others and strong communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient care and safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
