Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
• Document care provided and maintain clear, timely patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning to prevent injury
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Active, unrestricted certification in good standing (state requirements apply)
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and work collaboratively
• Willingness to work the scheduled day shifts and maintain professional documentation

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic vital sign measurement and reporting
• Clear oral and written communication with patients and care team
• Infection control and proper PPE use
• Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
• Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
