Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making a real difference in their lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
Support meal times and activities, fostering a warm and engaging environment
Collaborate with the care team to deliver top-notch resident support
Maintain clean and safe living spaces, contributing to overall well-being

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
At least one year of experience in a similar setting is a plus
Reliable and compassionate with a heart for helping others

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in daily tasks
Empathy and patience in resident interactions
