Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist nursing team with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff promptly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and vital signs
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and families
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centered care that improves outcomes

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Must be local to the Kennebunk, ME area (LOCAL ONLY)
Comfortable working the evening shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs delivered with kindness
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear documentation and effective team communication
Dependability, empathy, and a patient-first attitude
