Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team to ensure quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a bonus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
