Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with kindness and respect
- Take and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support residents with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and assist with resident mobility
