Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily living assistance to patients recovering from acute conditions
- Take and document vital signs accurately, alerting the nursing team to any changes
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients and families
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each patient's care plan is followed
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to help patients achieve their independence goals
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for most of your shift
- No prior experience required - perfect for new CNAs looking to grow
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail in documenting patient information
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of infection control and HIPAA practices
