Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate observations to nursing staff
Document care accurately and promptly to ensure continuity and safety
Help create a warm, respectful environment that promotes independence and quality of life
Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met

Qualifications

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification required
Comfort working with older adults and supporting their daily living needs
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to complete facility-required health screenings and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and team members
Basic documentation and charting skills
Understanding of infection control and resident safety practices
