Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform mammography exams with compassion and empathy
- Conduct diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies
- Utilize 3-D mammography and stereotactic biopsy equipment
- Participate in high-risk patient programs and provide patient education
Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Mammography and Radiology
- Current BLS certification
- Washington state licensure
- 2+ years of experience in mammography
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
Knowledge & Skills
- Mammography techniques and protocols
- Ultrasound and biopsy procedures
- Digital mammography and 3-D imaging
- Hologic equipment operation
